The Suzuki Method, developed by Japanese violinist and pedagogue Shinichi Suzuki (1898-1998), is a unique, well-known and internationally respected method of teaching music, especially to beginners and string players. It is applicable to all instruments and music disciplines. The Suzuki method helps boost child’s natural inclination towards music, musical memory, pattern recognition, cognitive and analytical skills, applied to music.

As Shinichi Suzuki himself said, “Musical ability is not an inborn talent, but an ability which can be developed. Any child who is properly trained can develop musical ability, just as all children develop the ability to speak their mother tongue. The potential of every child is unlimited. If children hear fine music from the day of their birth and learn to play it, they develop sensitivity, discipline and endurance. They get a beautiful heart.”

At The European Academy of Arts, we strive to provide the highest quality education for all our students while instilling a love for music in their hearts that lasts for the rest of their lives.

What is man’s ultimate direction in life? It is to look for love, truth, virtue, and beauty
